Back on the Cut from My Hiatus
“You don’t need to be burned out to go on hiatus.” ~ Danielle LaPorte
“Sometimes a break from your routine is the very thing you need.” ~ Unknown
Hey Diamond! It’s Tracy Diamond, and I’m excited to share…I am back on the cut. After a brief hiatus – Coaching Diamonds is back with a boom! I took a hiatus so I could refresh, reflect, revitalize and restore. We all need that from time to time. Bringing a whole new creative plan to take Coaching Diamonds to the vision I’ve held for it since the very beginning. I’ll be exploring even more up-level and meaningful topics that will resonate with you and those you share it with. My Blog will now have audio (my very voice reading them to your ears) and a short video clip of me sharing an excerpt for your enjoyment. My overall goal as a serious motivator and influencer is to keep you inspired, encouraged, and driven to live out life to its full potential. And not allow life to live you, but for you to live life.
A Hiatus is Warranted!
A hiatus for most of you should be warranted. In this world of technology, media and busyness, these “things” have literally hijacked your time and attention, not to mention the magnitude of distractions that has taken over and become routine – people are forgetting they’re human beings. Is any of this resonating with you? We breathe, we feel, we have emotions, and we must rest to be at our best – we are NOT Robots or Artificial Intelligence (AI). Life is not a dress rehearsal my friends, we get one life, one body, make yours count.
While I took some quality time and disconnected from the social media platforms that I post and engage through, (FB, IG, & LinkedIn) and paused my blog, (it’s back on the cut too – so keep an eye out, you don’t want to miss them) – I continued impacting lives as a Life Coach through Coaching Diamonds and as a Keller Williams MAPS Life Coach. Co-partnering and walking this journey of life with my clients; providing service to some of the most amazing individuals, and witnessing their breakthroughs and life altering transformations has been remarkable. And for me, it has been very fulfilling and empowering both personally and professionally.
Also, during my hiatus, I completed my annual business assessment, maintenance, and streamlining of Coaching Diamonds, as well as an evaluation of what went well, what didn’t go so well, what needed adjustments, and the many achievements and accomplishments. I’m very excited to be back, excited about reconnecting with my audience, and I am even more excited about what’s ahead and grateful for what is on the horizon.
It’s Your Turn, Promote Your Well-being!
Now, it’s your turn. Give yourself permission to take a needed hiatus however long that looks like for you. It’s a part of caring for yourself; it helps you to manage your stress and promote your well-being, and gives you the space to reflect on your interests, needs, dreams, and yearnings. Gift yourself a hiatus. Give it a try, you’ll be glad you did.
