“If you’re searching for that one person that will change your life, take a look in the mirror.”
~ Roman Price
“The most powerful relationship you will ever have is the relationship with yourself.”

Your Time and Energy Are PRICELESS
Hi. Glad you are here, yes, YOU! If you haven’t been told yet, please allow me to be the first, “You are worth your own time and energy, and these precious commodities are PRICELESS.” This is not about overly focusing on yourself; this is about you not neglecting your needs. Other people’s needs are NO more important than yours. Is it possible that you could be choosing other people over yourself all the time, in big or small ways, without even noticing it?
You Are Enough Just Because You Exist
Self-care is being in a healthy and functional relationship with YOU. It is not about neglecting other relationships; it’s about NOT neglecting the relationship you have with YOU. In your relationships with others (that is plural) there are two or more that are responsible, like: spouse, co-workers, friends, children, but in your relationship with yourself, there is only ONE and it’s YOU. You are valuable and that will never change. Choose to pursue a healthy functional relationship with yourself. Choose to intentionally affirm, intentionally meet your needs, and intentionally set healthy boundaries so that you can be protected – that’s self-preservation. You’re saying you matter, you’re valuable, and you are enough just because you exist. Every single person is valuable, you included.
You deserve forgiveness if you’ve made a mistake; you deserve support when you’re reaching towards a goal and you deserve to say “NO” if you need to. You deserve a second chance, a third chance, and an infinity chance. Recognize who you are – value yourself. You are worthy, full of purpose and purely deserving of love. We are ALL imperfect and there is nothing wrong with us, so give yourself permission to be imperfect. Embrace ALL of YOU.
Nurture and Cultivate Your Relationship with YOU!
Today take some “ME” Time to pause, reflect, refresh, lift your spirit, clear your mind, and move your heart in a meaningful direction. Adore the Great Outdoors. Do not neglect your relationship with YOU, nurture and cultivate it. Think about what makes you feel happy and what brings you joy, and GO FOR IT! Look after yourself, you deserve it.
Questions to Ponder:
What would it feel like to put you first?
What is your relationship like with yourself right now, think about it?
Best Wishes,
Tracy Diamond
